Calling all graphic designers specializing in wrestling brand content!
Those Wrestling Girls are looking for a new visual identity and need your help. We are seeking talents from our wonderful community who can design a creative, innovative and professional logo design.

Those Wrestling Girls Logo Contest Official Rules
The object of this contest is to design a logo for Those Wrestling Girls podcast, primarily based in New York City.
Those Wrestling Girls prides itself on being a female-driven brand providing a platform and voice for women in wrestling. As two Black girls from NYC we understand the importance of our point of view, and voice in the wrestling media space. We do spotlight episodes on female wrestlers of the past, and present. As well cover issues affecting them in the wrestling business like sexism, racism, etc. In our almost three years of existence, we have had the pleasure of having wrestlers on the show like ex-WWE star Jazz, and current WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to everyone. Contestants are permitted to work in groups; however, only one (1) prize will be awarded regardless of group size.
How to Enter
The contest begins on May 22, 2021.
Submissions will be accepted through August 1, 2021.
Winners will be announced live via our social media accounts, and by direct contact to the winners’ email accounts.
All entries must be submitted by email directly to Queen P.R. & Krista B. at thosewrestlinggirls@gmail.com, for consideration and review as an official entry of the Contest.
Entries must be submitted as a scalable vector graphic in PSD format AND as a JPG.
The submission email must include the full name(s) of the person(s) who designed the logo, age, postal address, phone number, and email address of the individual submitting the entry.
You can enter as many ideas as you want.
Entries must conform to the Submission Guidelines set out below.
The deadline for entries is midnight on July 4, 2021, Eastern Standard Time.
We will attempt to acknowledge all entries within one week of receipt.
There is no fee to enter the Contest.
Submission Guidelines
The purpose of the contest is to design a logo for Those Wrestling Girls.
The logo must feature the colors pink (hex code FF66C4), white, black, and gray (FFD9D9D9).
The logo will be used online, in print, and on merchandise. Flexibility is a key requirement, including the need to resize easily and to look good in black and white as well as in color.
The final version of the logo will need to be suitable for all online graphics (episode graphics, social media icons, merchandise).
It should be visually appealing on both small (as small as 2 cm x 2 cm) and large scales.
The logo must contain the following wording: “Those Wrestling Girls”, “Krista B. & Queen P.R”.
Designers are welcome to submit no more than two (2) variants of the logo.
Must include the vector image.
JPGs 1000 pixels square of the logo are requested so that entries can be posted to TWG™ websites without the need for conversion.
The limit on attachment sizes for our email is 10Mb. If your submission exceeds this size, even after compression, please send the images individually and note clearly in your emails that you are doing so.
To recap, each entry must consist of two (2) files: the basic logo, in PSD and JPG format. We are able to handle most common file compression formats.
Prizes
Subject to the legal requirements outlined above, the winning design will be announced in July 2021. The winning contestant will receive:
1. Access to all exclusive Those Wrestling Girls Patreon content
2. A Those Wrestling Girls t-shirt, and 2 Ripple Junction t-shirts, and a choice between two more pieces of wrestling merchandise.
3. Six months of free promotion of your brand, or design business on TWG social media, and episodes.
4. $100 Amazon gift card
Judging and Selection of Winner
1. The last four finalists will be selected by Those Wrestling Girls.
2. Our viewers, listeners, and social media followers will vote and that will be the winning logo.
3. TWG reserves the right not to select a winner if, at its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.
4. TWG reserves the right to choose more than one winner.
3. TWG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry at its sole discretion. No correspondence shall be entered into.
4. The winner will be required to sign a contract assigning all ownership of the logo to TWG.
5. The winner will be notified via email and announced on the TWG social media channels.
Intellectual Property
1. All entrants affirm their submissions are their own original work, have not been copied from others or from previous designs, including their own, and do not violate the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity
2. All entries will become the sole property of TWG and may be used for any TWG purposes, including, but not limited to, display on websites, business cards, letterhead, posters, and other materials.
3. TWG shall have the right to adapt, edit, modify, or otherwise use the winning submission in part or in its entirety in whatever manner it deems appropriate.
4. TWG reserves the right to choose not to use the winning entry as described in these contest guidelines.
5. TWG reserves the right to use any other entry for promotional or business purposes in the future.
Disclaimer
1. TWG is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise unusable entries, including entries that are lost or unusable due to computer, internet, or electronic problems.
2. TWG reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest and award the prize by alternate means if fraud or technical failure is determined at any time, including after the submission window has closed.
3. TWG is not liable, for the purpose of winner and prize notification and delivery, in the event the contest winner has provided incorrect, outdated, or otherwise invalid contact information.
